If one or more of the following conditions apply to you, you may qualify for Medicare covered home healthcare:

In order to qualify for Medicare covered home healthcare, any of these conditions must be diagnosed and prescribed by a Medical Doctor. Medicare coverage is provided for a maximum of 60 days per episode. After any 60 day period, re-certification is needed from a Medical Doctor.
